Newly certified Zumba instructor Danielle Davies is running classes. Come on down and join the fun! Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system.

5k training Instructor Ben Perrotti
It’s almost time to start another session. Even if you aren’t a runner, this is a great way to get in shape. Our own certified trainer Ben Perrotti will put you through the paces for an hour each week. By the time the 12 weeks are done, you’ll feel great and be ready to do it all over again! Just ask the ladies that went through the first session. And by the way, the guys are welcome to participate as well. Unless they’re afraid the women will show them up!
